CONTEST REGULATIONS: Tasty Hunt
ARTICLE 1
Brussels Airport Company NV/SA, with registered office at Topos Merode, Priester Cuypersstraat 3 Rue Abbé Cuypers, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, with company number 0890.082.292 (RPR/RPM Brussels) together with easyJet Airline Company Limited, registered in England under company number 3034606, a subsidiary of easyJet plc, registered in England under company number 3959649, with registered office at Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, Luton, Bedfordshire LU2 9PF, is organising a contest without purchase obligation, which will start on 01/08/2025 and runs until and including 21/08/2025, 23h59.
ARTICLE 2
Participation in this contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or over, except for staff members of BAC and its partners, advertising agencies engaged by BAC and any other persons who worked on setting up the current contest.
The following persons are also excluded from participating in this contest: family members in the first degree of the persons listed in the previous paragraph, as well as persons residing at the same permanent address as the persons listed in the previous paragraph.
By entering the contest, participants will be deemed to have accepted these contest rules.
ARTICLE 3
For any entry in this contest to be valid, participants must navigate to https://contest.brusselsairport.be. On that page, the participant must catch as many helmets as possible in 3 rounds of 20 seconds. At the end, the participant fills in their personal details and answers the tiebreaker question. Additionally, the participant chooses whether they want to be kept up to date with Brussels Airport’s offers and promotions.
ARTICLE 4
A maximum of 2 winners will be selected.
The winner will be selected as follows: the player that finds the highest number of items, wins a ticket for two, issued by easyJet. In the case of a tie, the tiebreaker question (‘How many people will have participated in this contest on 21/08/2025 at 23h59?’) will determine the winner of the easyJet ticket for two. In the event of a tie after the tiebreaker question, the person who participated first (at the earliest moment) will be the winner.
The second prize, a Brussels Airport goodie bag, will go to the person that has signed up for Enjoy! and has collected the second highest number of items. In the case of a tie, the tiebreaker question (‘How many people will have participated in this contest on 21/08/2025 at 23h59?’) will determine the winner. In the event of a tie after the tiebreaker question, the person who participated first (at the earliest moment) will be the winner.
Any entry that is incomplete will be excluded from participation. Each participant may only enter the competition once.
The winners will be chosen under the supervision of bailiff Eric De Belder, a judicial officer based in 2200 Herentals, Sint-Jobsstraat 21.
The winners will receive a personal confirmation by email. In the absence of a response to this notification within 30 calendar days, BAC and easyJet reserve the right to withdraw the prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize, the right to the prize is forfeited. BAC and easyJet are not obliged to allocate the prize to another participant.
ARTICLE 5
The winners can win the following prizes:

Main prize: 1 voucher for a return ticket for 2 people in economy class to Rome, Milan, Bordeaux, Geneva or Nice with easyJet.
- The voucher can only be used for an easyJet flight from Brussels Airport to the chosen destination (see above).
- The voucher must be used by two people travelling together. One of them must be the winner.
- The tickets must be booked before 31/12/2025.
- The voucher is valid for a maximum travel budget of €800.
- Tickets are subject to availability.
- The ticket has no monetary value and cannot be reimbursed.
- The ticket cannot be extended or transfered.
- Airport taxes and security costs are included in the voucher.
- The ticket eligible for mileage accrual on frequent flyer programs.
- Second prize (only available to new Enjoy! members): a Brussels Airport goodie bag with an estimated value of €50.
Prizes are not exchangeable, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to a third party. BAC reserves the right to provide a prize equivalent in value to the stipulated prize.
ARTICLE 6
Each person can only enter the contest once. The same person may not participate with different email addresses. Moreover, only one prize can be awarded per person, (email) address, and IP address. The same person can win the first prize in one of the online contests organised by BAC only once per calendar year.
ARTICLE 7
BAC has the right to, at any time, exclude a person from participation in this contest or any other (future) contests, in the event of a breach of one of the contest rules or (suspected) abuse, fraud or entry into a contest in bad faith. BAC may also do so if the designated winner does not respond to the notification, as stipulated in Article 4.
ARTICLE 8
BAC reserves the right to amend the contest or the procedure in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if circumstances beyond the control of BAC warrant this. BAC cannot be held liable for any interruption, postponement or cancellation of the contest as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
ARTICLE 9
BAC reserves the right to communicate about the contest and its winners, including for marketing purposes. By entering, participants agree that if they win a prize, their picture, name, and place of residence may be announced on the social media pages, the website, and any other digital or analogue channels operated by BAC.
ARTICLE 10
BAC cannot be held liable for any loss, physical injuries or accidents that could occur because of winning a prize and/or participation in a contest.
BAC cannot be held liable for printing, spelling, typographic or other errors, or technical issues (related to the internet, email, etc.).
ARTICLE 11
Participants give their explicit permission for the processing of the following data by BAC for the admin of this contest: full name, age, email address, personal address and phone number.
If the participant agreed by ticking the box provided for this specific purpose, BAC is allowed to inform them of promotions, offers and contests through its newsletters, for instance.
BAC processes data in compliance with the relevant regulations. By sharing personal data, the participant agrees that BAC will collect and process that data, in accordance with its privacy statement, which can be consulted on the website: https://www.brusselsairport.be/en/privacy-policy. The personal data will be deleted after the contest unless the participant has stated that they want to receive messages and/or promotions from Brussels Airport.
Participants can consult, alter or delete their data at any time, as well as contest the processing of their personal data. All it takes is sending an email to privacy@brusselsairport.be.
BAC will provide the following personal data of the winner(s) of the contest to easyJet: full name, age, email address, personal address and telephone number. In that case, both BAC and easyJet will act as “data controllers”. EasyJet will only use this personal data for the purpose of awarding the prize to the winner(s) and will treat the personal data in accordance with the relevant regulations and its privacy statement, which is available through this website. EasyJet will not use this personal data for any other purposes, including direct marketing, unless the entrant has given his/her express consent.
ARTICLE 12
The mere participation in this contest implies acceptance of the present contest rules without any reservation. No disputes will be accepted concerning the wording of the questions or answers.
ARTICLE 13
These contest rules are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to these contest rules which cannot be solved amicably between the parties shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking courts of the judicial district of Brussels, Belgium.
